The 2017 winter vacation for primary and secondary schools will also take place in two parts. Schoolchildren who go to school in the area of south-eastern Slovenia come first, followed by students from the Gorenjska, Goriška, Notranjska-Kraska, Osrednjeslovenska and Zasava statistical regions and certain municipalities in south-eastern Slovenia a week later.
