Weather and camping are inextricably linked, but not when it comes to Base Camp, a camp that recently opened in Bonn, Germany, and where a bunch of 'veterans' among campers, including 18 caravans, gathered under the same roof - literally including two Airstreams, two sleeping cars, a school bus, vans or transporters and a few other cult cars.
