Join us on Thursday, May 16, 2013, at 8:00 p.m. for an evening dedicated to cuisine and culture. Our palates will be pampered by the flavors of Italian cuisine prepared by students from SŠGT Celje under the mentorship of professor Srečko Lešek.
Menu:
– Caprese salad with asparagus grissin in a pancetta wrap
– pea puree in a rocket nest with whole grain spaghetti carbonara with pine nuts and cubes of toasted prosciutto
– strawberry tiramisu with flambéed caramel sauce and citrus fruits.
MCC Cafe. The entrance fee is 15 EUR/person and includes 3 courses and surprises.
