On September 24, Cankarjev dom will be the venue for a top musical event. The magnificent Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra from Moscow will play in the Gallus Hall under the baton of the charismatic conductor Vladimir Fedoseyev.
Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra from Moscow since 1930, when it was founded, it has been the successor of the rich musical tradition left behind by the Moscow Radio Symphony Orchestra. It was named after the great Russian composer, who is considered a symbol of Russian music and culture throughout the world, in 1993, as this orchestra was the first ambassador of Tchaikovsky's music.
All the artistic directors of the orchestra until now have been people of great talent and charisma. He is like that too conductor Vladimir Fedoseev, who has been leading the orchestra since 1974, and also works as a permanent guest conductor at the Opera House and the Tonhalle concert hall in Zurich.

And what program will we listen to? They will be on the show Ludwig van Beethoven's fourth symphony in B flat major and (as befits such an orchestra) Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's fourth symphony in F minor. Thus, the evening is conceived as a diptych of the 19th century, as Tchaikovsky's work from the peak of his creation, Beethoven's Symphony no. 4, despite being considered his "symphonic ideal", is often ignored.
