The selection process is over and the program of the 17th Slovenian Film Festival is finally here! Again this year, the inbox of the festival organizers was extremely full, as 136 films were registered, which is slightly more than the previous year.
He passed through the selection sieve and got into the program Festival of Slovenian Film over 71 films, which we will be able to see in competition programs and panoramas. For additional movie pleasures, we will be provided with 15 carefully selected films that make up the program for children, young people and families, and there will also be 3 special screenings, which means that at the 17th FSF we will be able to see just 89 movies.
17. The FSF will surpass itselfThe film screenings will also be enriched this year by the musical accompaniment of the festival, which this time will be based on 3 concerts: they will perform Fake orchestra, Repeater and Catalina, which will mark the closing ceremony with the awarding of prizes.
In addition, the 17th edition introduces a refreshing innovation: accompanying film program, which will take place in the Monfort exhibition center, in a former salt warehouse along the promenade between Portorož and Bernardino. There will be a diverse selection of films from modern domestic production that did not make it into the festival's main program, but are nevertheless worth seeing without a doubt. Special presentations created in collaboration with the Kraken Society and Coastal Galleries will also be on display.

The box office is open on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and two hours before the start of events.
During the festival, the box office will be open two hours before the first screening and until the start of the last screening.
