Visiting the Friday event is included in the price of daily admission to Celje Old Castle: EUR 2. There is NO organized bus transport to Celje Old Castle on this day.

Fanfare: announcement, welcome, opening of the market and start of the event
Fencing tournament: fight for the great Celje sword of Herman II.
Archery tournament: competition for the golden arrow of Frederick II.
Refreshments for body and soul in the castle tavern
Bargaining at the medieval market

Comedic interludes: medieval burqas, beggars, court jesters, buffoons, gossips...

A MAGNIFICENT FIRE SPECTACLE
Ticket price, which includes free transport to Celje Old Town: children under 6 years old free of charge,
children (7-15 years) 2 EUR,
adults 5 EUR.
Tickets will be on pre-sale from August 16th at TIC Celje,
Krekov trg 3, 03 42 87 936, 03 49 25 081, tic@celje.si and TIC Stari grad Celje.
On the day of the event, tickets will be available at the old bus station (Celje train station) from 11:00 am and before the start of the event in front of the entrance to Celje Old Castle.
Bus transportation to and from Celje Old Town is free, but only with a purchased ticket for the event. The first bus leaves from the old bus station at 11:45.
In case of bad weather, the MAIN Saturday event will be held on Friday, August 26, 2011.
The organizer reserves the right to change the program.
