Yes. We survived it! End of the world. A surprising number of us are like that. And just for us, the duo Silence will put on a concert we won't forget.
In 2012, we heard Musical Accompaniment for the End of the World. We surrendered to music in the desire to spend our last days with the sweet sounds of musical masters. And we were not sorry. The end has come and gone. But we are still here. Still hungry for good music. And to satisfy our hunger, we have a concert that will provide gourmet musical pampering. Duet Silence will perform again with pianist Igor Vićentić, conductor Tomislav Fačini and the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra. The program will consist of orchestrated versions of songs from the album Musical Accompaniment for the End of the World, as well as some selected pieces of older works that will be adapted for this special occasion. We can only imagine what the duet Silence sounds like with the support of an orchestra, or we can let ourselves experience it with our own ears and eyes. We just have to let Boris Benko and Primož Hladnik guide us skillfully. After all, we have already gone to the end of the world together and successfully. And many years full of music!
