A lamp with a lampshade that is a hyper-realistic replica of the famous dome of St. Peter's Basilica, the most famous building in the Vatican, was presented at Milan Design Week. These were not made by Donato Bramante, Antonio da Sangallo Jr., Michelangelo, Jacopo Barozzi da Vignola, Giacomo della Porta and Carlo Maderno, but by the Italian design studio AMeBE.
Design studio AMeBE is for Milan Design Week prepared an imposing lamp with a shade that is hyperrealistic replica of the famous dome of St. Peter's Basilica, both externally (same ornaments) and internally (reduced motifs). And if its central dome dominates the skyline of Rome, this lamp dominates the skyline of the kitchen or living room. And if St. Peter's Basilica is one of the brightest places in Christendom, this luminary is one of the brightest places in space.
