They plan to build a photography museum on about 6,000 square meters in the western part of the city of Marrakesh.
V Marrakesh they plan to build the largest in Morocco a freestanding photography museum in the world according to the plans of the British architectural office David Chipperfield Architects. MMPVA (The Marrakech Museum for Photography and Visual Art) will contain a permanent art and photography collection from the 19th century to the present day. It will spread over approximately 6,000 square meters, in the western part of the city, near the Menara Gardens.
