Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of dried lavender flowers
  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • juice of half a lemon
  • some ice cubes

Directions

  1. If you have dried lavender flowers, pour hot water over them and let them soak for 10 minutes. If you use fresh flowers, wash them beforehand and also cover them with hot water.
  2. Let them soak in the water for an additional 10 minutes. This step is crucial to release the aromatic oils and healing substances from the lavender.
  3. Carefully strain the infusion to remove the flowers. If desired, add a spoonful of honey and stir well to dissolve the honey completely.
