The BMW X3 saw the light of day in 2003 and heralded the beginning of the era of medium-sized SUVs. More than 1.5 million of these vehicles have already been produced, and the third generation has a challenging task ahead of it.
It's a new format attractive to look at and completely in the spirit of BMW X cars. It is highlighted dynamics, with sharp lines but the new X3 shows that it can do a lot, and even better than its predecessor. They will be available three types of equipment: xLine, Luxury Line and M Sport. For even greater individualization, products from the BMW Individual program are available to make individuals' cars even better both outside and inside stood out from the crowd.
At the launch of the new model, the engine range will include three gasoline ones and two diesel versions with a maximum power of 153 kW (184 hp) up to 265 kW (360 hp). All models will be equipped as standard with 8-speed steptronic gearbox. The strongest representative BMW X3 M40i will be the first M Performance from this model series. A precisely manufactured chassis with perfect beam kinematics and lower mass will be increased sporty driving characteristics to a whole new level. The X3 definitely is long awaited model and we are already impatiently waiting to test it in practice, in the field.
