Many fans of Clint Eastwood's films are probably already impatiently waiting for what the 84-year-old iconic American actor and 4-time Oscar winner has prepared for them this time.
Versatile Clint Eastwood has already directed many films, among them probably the most famous were awarded with four Oscars the film Million Dollar Baby (2004), Gran Torino (2008), the two Oscar-winning film Mystic River (2003), Changeling (2008) and many others.
The biographical drama takes us to the 60s of the last century and tells us a story by the music group The Four Seasons from New Jersey, who managed to build a successful music career through ups and downs with singles like Rag Doll, Bye Bye Baby and Who Loves You. The film focuses especially on frontman Frankie Valli (played by the aforementioned John Lloyd Young) and his extraordinary vocals. The film also stars Christopher Walken, Mike Doyle, Michael Lomenda, Vincent Piazza and Erich Bergen. Jersey Boys, is a fleeting look at the people behind the sound that has managed to stay in the hearts of the public for over four decades.
The movie Jersey Boys is coming to Slovenian cinemas September 18, and was based on the design of the multi-award-winning musical starring John Lloyd Young (who can also be seen in the film adaptation).
