The Nike Free sneaker collection is adapted to the body and movement

The Nike Free sneaker collection originates from the research of the running foot in motion, and so, after 10 years of continuous innovation using new technologies, they presented a running shoe that allows a person to move as naturally as possible.

Through research, they realized that runners' legs do not move linearly, as the body moves. The answer to how to enable the natural movement of the foot during running is offered by the v models Nike Free collection: 3.0 Flyknit, Nike free 4.0 Flyknit and Nike Free 5.0. The former offers more flexibility and a four-millimeter heel-to-forefoot offset, the latter provides flexibility with more cushioning, and the latter combines natural flexibility with a traditional running shoe.

The Nike Free 3.0 Flyknit offers more flexibility and a four-millimeter heel-to-forefoot offset, the Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit provides flexibility with more cushioning, and the Nike Free 5.0 combines natural flexibility with a traditional running shoe.
