The book "This Book Is a Camera" by the designer and art history teacher teaches us on a theoretical and practical level how a camera uses light to create a picture.
”This Book Is a Camera” it is pop-up book with a working camera that appears when the covers are opened. The book is also accompanied by detailed instructions for use and black and white film Ilford for experimentation. ”I wanted to produce working camera within the educational pop-up a book that combines design, science/structure and usability.” And after months of development, he succeeded. And how does the photo book "This Book Is a Camera" work? When you open the covers, a camera jumps out of the book. You connect the tabs and you have a working pinhole camera. Then insert the film into it, you open the shutter and develop the film. You can also capture a negative using black and white photo paper and then digitally convert it into the final product.
