This warehouse looks crumbling until you step inside and see why it costs a million dollars

A warehouse converted into a home.

The industrial warehouse you see in the photo above proves that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. At first glance it looks forlorn, crumbling and 'dark', but the interior proves that this is probably, as it has been called, 'the coolest home in Brisbane'.

It was recently industrial warehouse in brisbane sold for incredible 1.23 million dollars. Looking at this crumbling the building you can probably ask yourself who was even willing to shell out so much money for such a place. But again it turned out that it was it's the interior that counts, as the premises of this warehouse have been changed to luxury home, whose specially selected pieces they reflect an alternative and special atmosphere.

The warehouse was built in 1950 and looks like any ordinary facade from the outside, but when you enter, you see home, in which there are spaces that have everything, what you could wish for. Probably the worst part in the warehouse is courtyard and open floor plan, from which you can observe sky.

You can see in the picture gallery that it is real inner beauty most important.
