Lukovo Villas: three magical seaside villas in the solitude and shelter of Karlobag

Any of the following you will choose – Villa Rock, Villa Salt or Villa Sea – you will enjoy modern architecture, nicely decorated interior and a wonderful view on all sides.

They are located a good three hours drive from Ljubljana, in a small village Lukovo Šugarje, which has barely 30 inhabitants. They are far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, big beaches and other tourists. And yet close enough to many attractions and opportunities for active vacations. From the villas you can go directly to the hiking trail to Sugar Dulib on Velebit, and you can visit within an hour's drive Zadar, National Park Paklenica, Northern Velebit, Shallows, an island Pag or an island Rab and many local attractions. This combination of isolation, but at the same time the possibility of an active vacation, is unique.

The houses are located on an independent cape, just a few steps from the sea. Every villa has own freshwater pool and a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Pag, which lies opposite. It is also beautiful in the sheltered bay on the left side of the cape natural pebble beach. It is just below the villas private beach, located along the rocky coast.

Every villa has about 150 square meters and consists of three bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor and living rooms and other bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. The stairs on the ground floor lead to the most important room in the house, which contains large, luxuriously equipped kitchen with a dining table, a wood-burning fireplace, which is also outdoors, and an additional toilet and laundry room. Exit is at beautiful garden terrace with swimming pool, relaxation area, deckchairs and outdoor shower.
