Information about those who kissed: 73 % persons, who wanted to kiss a person, and 75 % of those, who received the kiss, is head tilted to the right again.
Why does this happen?
Right-wing dominance in the world plays an important role in this, because you always they turn to the right. In the study, however, kiss recipients tended to follow the right-handed person, regardless of whether they were right-handed or left-handed.
They play an important role in choosing a site the brain too. This kissing bias is probably innate and determined by the brain dividing tasks among its different hemispheres—especially the left hemisphere, where the area of the brain is associated with emotions and decisions. Various hormone levels in each hemisphere may be unevenly distributed, which causes people to opt for tilt to the right, the scientists wrote.
