Alternative rock has not yet been "unlocked". Proof that this is true can be found in the British group Tindersticks, which returned to the concert stage in 2008 after a five-year hiatus with a changed line-up. They released a new album, The Hungry Saw. After reuniting, they became more productive. There is practically no downtime between panels with the group. From the nervous beginnings grew a new unity and direction. Falling Down A Mountain, their eighth album, was created in two studios in France and Belgium during three summer months last year. The album is very much a group effort and relies on the fresh energy of new members Earl Harvin and David Kitt. The guest appearance of the extraordinary vocalist Mary Margaret O'Hara also left an indelible and colorful mark on their latest musical product. They will present their new sound and new musical creations to our audience at a concert in Šiška Cinema. We can expect their recognizable narrative style inspired by Leonard Cohen in a unique combination of Bad Seeds and Velvet Underground sound.
