Tips for eating healthier at work

Since we are full to the brim with ready-made sandwiches from the nearest store or vending machine and unhealthy snacks that accompany us at work day after day, we have come up with some simple ways to eat healthy and balanced at work.

It is even more unhealthy if because of stress we don't eat at all, because we lack energy, which we still need for a successful battle with work obligations. The solution to the eternal dilemma of what to eat, if at all, is of course healthy and a balanced meal, which should follow him in the attacks of hunger healthy snacks. Let's stick to some basic rules that will bring peace and great well-being into our day.

1. Let's take time for lunch. 15 minutes will be enough, but the condition is that we put aside work in the meantime and eat the meal in peace.
2. If we have a refrigerator in the office, stock it with healthy snacks. Fruits, vegetables, yogurts, nuts and healthy energy bars will make us forget about unhealthy snacks.
3. Don't forget to drink while working. Forget excessive amounts of coffee and reach for water or tea.
4. If you like to cook in the evening, always cook too much and put the leftovers in a container to take with you the next day.
5. If we can heat food at work, prepare a stock of healthy meals over the weekend, freeze them and take them with us in the morning.
6. When we simply cannot avoid a sandwich, let's make it according to our taste and choose only healthy ingredients. Thus, we will not be surprised by mayonnaise and low-quality salami in a sandwich.
