  8. Leave it in the fridge for a while.
@slatkadomacica For 15 balls: break 3 packages of cookies from 1 row into small pieces. Add 2 spoons of sugar and 1 spoon of rum to 100 ml of brewed espresso coffee, stir. Add the coffee to the cookies, mix. Then add 250g of mascarpone cheese and mix until a mixture is formed from which balls can be formed. Put the finished mixture in the fridge for half an hour. Now take a little of the mixture, spread it in the palm of your hand, add a little Nutella and form a ball. Roll the balls in cocoa, remove the excess cocoa powder from the balls so that they are not bitter, I did this with the help of a strainer (the rolled ball is placed in a strainer and shaken while the excess is separated). The balls are ready to eat immediately or they are even better if they sit in the fridge for a while! #sweet housewife #iramisu # recipe #nutella #fyp #foryoupage ♬ original sound – Julia
