British actor Tom Hardy, who is currently one of the most sought-after actors in Hollywood, has found a new project.
He will transform into the comic book character of Venom, who is one of the enemies of the more famous Spider-Man, but this time the producers envisioned him in an independent film that will belong to the horror genre. This will be Hardy's second comic book project, following his portrayal of Bane in the finale of The Dark Knight Rises trilogy and his subsequent cancellation of the role in last year's Suicide Squad.
Venom will come to the big screen in October 2018, and he will direct it Ruben Fleischer, which is best known for action comedy Welcome to the land of zombies (Zombieland).
