Ben Nunery and his daughter Olivia said goodbye to their beloved Ali, who passed away after a battle with cancer in 2011, through a touching photographic story.
In 2009, the then young newlyweds moved into a completely unfurnished home, which Al's sister Melanie immortalized with a series of commemorative photos. Now, less than 3 years after his wife's death, Ben and his daughter decided to pay tribute to their past family moments before the upcoming move to a new house. In a touching way, they recreated the original photos, where in similar scenes, mother Ali is replaced by little Olivia. As Ben says, it is not a story of painful loss and grief, but instead depicts a narrative of immense love.
Melanie says she often receives signs from her deceased sister, such as a feather falling out of nowhere. Olivia also found such a pen during the filming.
Ben learned to play their wedding song "I Believe" by Stevia Wonder, which he often plays to his daughter.
It is not a story of painful loss and sorrow, but a story of immense love.
