On the shores of Lake Travis in Austin (Texas) stands the idyllic Tower House, designed by Andersson-Wise Architects. The house strongly stands out from its peers, as it is high and not walled with stone but covered with wood. Because of this, it just blends in with its surroundings. It was built with the aim of adding a living space to one of the mentioned huts. And a three-story building has grown up, whose wooden "facade" complements the surrounding stones beautifully and just begs you to climb to the top and admire the view of the lake.
Tower House is an idyllic three-story building log cabin on Lake Travis under which the architects at Andersson-Wise Architects. Around Lake Travis, there are tons of stone cabins from in 1930, but none are as neat as the one that stands next to the Tower House, which was also acquired by the aforementioned bureau before the renovation. These types of residences are mostly used by people during the summer months, but none for beauty and comfort it does not reach the knees of the mentioned couple, who are hiding and rising above the "eaves" from the natives oaks and cedars.

The renovated cabin boasts one large room, a small bedroom, a kitchen, and a covered lobby that looks out toward the lake. The owners wanted to add to these living spaces two bedrooms with bathroom and living room for larger groups. And the Tower House grew, with bedrooms on the first and second floors, and on the third, nine meters high, it is covered terrace with a panoramic view of the lake.
