Forget high-intensity workouts that leave you wondering about the meaning of life. H&M presents a yoga collection that celebrates the art of movement. And you'll look fantastic in it.
Let's be honest. It's mid-February 2026. Those ambitious New Year's resolutions to run a marathon have probably been quietly replaced by wishes to just get through the week without a nervous breakdown. And H&M Move clearly hears us. Their new collection, which was released yesterday (February 12), isn't about breaking speed records, but about stopping, catching your breath, and taking a moment for yourself - preferably in shavasana, which is an elegant Sanskrit term for "lying on the floor until the world stops spinning."

From 'Go Hard' to 'Go Home' (and relax)
The new collection draws inspiration from yoga nidra, breathing exercises and meditation. If you've ever attended a yoga class only to end up sleeping under a blanket for ten minutes, this is your fashion anthem. H&M Move explores the softer side of wellness. It's pieces created for restorative movement, where the only way you'll shed is when you run to get your food delivered.

Marie Fredros, Head of Design at H&M Move, says: “This collection celebrates the calmer side of well-being. When you unfold the cushion and breathe, movement becomes a daily ritual that nourishes you from the inside out. The pieces are soft, feminine and sophisticated – designed to make you feel beautiful in motion and still.”
Translation for us mere mortals: Clothes so comfortable you'll want to live in them, yet chic enough that you won't be embarrassed if your neighbor sees you in them.

SoftMove™: Like a second skin (that you don't want to take off)
The technical part of the collection is based on SoftMove™ fabric. Imagine a material that hugs you more gently than your partner after they forgot your anniversary. With a smooth, brushed finish and a “second skin” feel, these pieces are designed for deep focus and flow.

The color palette is eye-candy and probably the most Instagrammable thing this month. We're talking shades that sound like ingredients in an overpriced coffee shop: light truffle brown, powder pink, warm brown, amazonite, and ivory. These aren't colors to hide in the corner of the gym; these are colors for a woman who has her chi in order (or at least is very convincingly pretending to be).

Key Pieces: From Studio to Sofa
So what do you need for your new “mindful” image?
- Knotted top and cropped shirt: With an open back, because – let's face it – the back is the only part of the body that hasn't been covered in donuts in February.
- Leggings (classic and bell-bottom): With a shaping waistband that keeps everything in place better than your patience on a Monday morning.
- A wrap cardigan: An absolute must-have. It can be worn in the front or back, making it ideal for those days when you're getting dressed in the dark.
The collection wouldn't be complete without accessories. Ombre socks (because cold ankles are so 2025), a canvas bag for all your "essentials", a sleep mask and a water bottle are the finishing touches.

When and where?
The collection is available from yesterday, February 12, in selected H&M stores worldwide and on hm.com.
If your goal for 2026 is more peace, less stress, and a wardrobe that seamlessly transitions from meditation to brunch with friends, then you know where to click. Namaste—or at least see you in the checkout line.
