The building, called Tres, a "tree house" is located in Mexico and boasts a very interesting facade that reflects the introverted and extroverted personalities of its child-like inhabitants and their extraordinary connection.
In the office Gerardo Ars Arquitectura designed an interesting building that got its name because of its interesting facade "tree house" and is located in a somewhat degraded area of the city Boca del Rio in Mexico. The dangerous nature of the surroundings encouraged the architects to pay a lot of attention to the safety of the building and, with an interesting design, ensure a completely safe and intimate stay for a family with three children inside the house.
On the ground floor of the building, from the street towards the interior of the building, the garage, entrance hall, living room and dining room follow each other in terms of privacy. Next comes the kitchen and the parents' bedroom, which open onto the inner courtyard. The facade of the ground floor is uninteresting and merely reflective function of protecting the interior of the building. On the other hand, the upper floor of the building is dedicated to children's rooms, is completely private and has an interestingly treated facade.

The house stands out from its surroundings precisely because of its incredible facade, which is covered by a lace-like white structure on the upper floor. The white mesh serves as a balcony fence, and at the same time as a screen, protecting residents from unwanted views from the street. It interestingly frames the views from the children's rooms and enables children to have a completely safe living experience.
