Now Twitter is rolling out one of its kind yellow card for users who are offensive or obscene or they don't follow the written rules. For minor violations will now receive 12-hour user account suspensions. The punishment is pronounced by "judges" employed by Twitter. In case of termination, you cannot deviate from the mentioned time period until your account, only a countdown timer is available. If the yellow card does not "sober" the user or does not cool his head, further registration means that his account will be visible only to followers for six days, but not to others. For more serious violations, there is still a mechanism that permanently blocks the account. Twitter also announced ti secure search, which filters inappropriate content and does not display it among the hits.
