We probably know Fran Finžgar's novel from elementary school. For this year's premiere at the Studenec Theatre, this is a slightly older text that deals with human freedom. It was dramatized and set to music by Roman Končar. This is how an epic spectacle was created, which the creators say perfectly suits the size of the stage, the multitude of actors and the impressive scene of the Studenec Summer Theatre. This fact is confirmed by all twenty-three actors and director Alojz Stražar. Since this summer is the sixtieth anniversary of the founding of the Miran Jarc Cultural Society and the tenth year of their summer festival, we can expect the best from all participants who are in love with the play.
