It smelled like autumn delicacies again in the framework of our October CITY CHEF cooking academy. Check out the beat in the photo gallery!
On this one CITY CHEF cooking academy filled our plates autumn delicacies – chestnuts, mushrooms and fresh produce from the home garden. He prepared the main dishes chef of Kaval Inn and Pizzeria, Dragan Marjanović, and he took care of the desserts pastry chef from Lolita, Greg Roda. Under their watchful eye, we prepared pumpkin soup, ate chestnut gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, ravioli stuffed with zucchini and ricotta, with truffle and shrimp and chanterelles. For dessert, there was no shortage of divine chocolate souffle with chestnut foam and delicious mille feullie.
She introduced herself over the food Vipava 1894 winery, which celebrates 120 years this year. The official water of the event is Pit.
