Pulse: CITY CHEF cooking academy - Healthy and delicious - March 19

As part of our cooking academy, we had fun preparing healthy and tasty food. Check out the beat in the photo gallery!

At this academy, we are under the watchful eye of the chef Dragan Marjanoviča from the restaurant Kaval learned how to prepare healthy food in a fast and very tasty way. We prepared zucchini boats, stuffed tomatoes with ricotta in the oven, sea bass with vegetables, and Dragan also taught us how to clean the fish without unnecessary pounding. With a pastry chef Greg Rodet from a pastry shop Lolita we proved that desserts can also be healthy, you just need to choose the right ingredients. We prepared smoothies, "positive" cookies and desserts prepared with the help of super food Nutrislim. A winemaker also presented himself during the academy Pyro.
