Ezequiel Farca Architects designed a luxury home with green walls and floor-to-ceiling windows to connect living spaces with dramatic ocean views. The residence is located in the marina of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and offers views of the Pacific Bay. A holiday oasis where time stands still...
Luxury home Vallarta House is designed as a holiday oasis with every possible comfort: eight bedrooms, a fitness center, a home theater, two massage pools, a terrace with a pool and a fireplace, and many multi-functional spaces for socializing, both outside and inside.
Merger natural materials and textures contributes to the original scheme of the project: the use of natural stone and concrete walls creates fresh spaces that provide passive cooling in hot seasons. Home in the style of the fifties is furnished with earthy materials and finishes such as concrete slabs, green walls and custom walnut wood furniture.
Furniture and decorative elements are exclusively selected and designed to integrate with the architecture. Colors and fabrics deliver warmth and a relaxing atmosphere in a beach house, while the custom furniture is reminiscent of the mid-century and perfectly complements the antique elements.
