This time you will move from Europe to the southern hemisphere and be surprised by the wines of Chile, Argentina, Australia and New Zealand.
You will learn about the wines of four large wine houses with a long tradition:
1. CHILE – Concha y Toro (Casillero del Diablo brand)
2. ARGENTINE – Graffigna
3. AUSTRALIA – Jacob's Creek
4. NEW ZEALAND – Brancott Estate
Aleš Škrlj and Sebastjan Pintar, who have been running the Mama Restaurant and Wine Shop since 2011, will take us into the wine world of the southern hemisphere. Both are third-level sommeliers and national champions in the sommelier competition.
The price of the evening with Southern Hemisphere wines is €30 per person.
