If you have ever wanted a real Mediterranean vacation, the traditional one, surrounded by olive and almond trees and overlooking the beautiful blue sea, we may have the perfect accommodation for you. This is Villa Cardo, a minimalist villa in the south of Italy created for hedonistic pleasures.
Cardo minimalist villa was built according to the model traditional houses, which are located in the surroundings, in the city of Puglia in the south of Italy. They were used in construction old building methods and materials specific to this climate, that the villa remains cold even in summer. Thus, the modern villa fits perfectly into the environment, and the hectare of land on which it is located is surrounded by olives and almonds and offers wonderful view of the sea!

One of the bedrooms is the master bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and double shower. It also has its own terrace, an outdoor bath and a private garden with an outdoor shower. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The latter can also be used for a smaller living room. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The interior is minimalist, I am decorated with a mixture vintage furniture with designer pieces, there is stone on the floor, and custom terrazzo in the bathrooms and kitchen.

They are by the pool annual kitchen with all the necessary barbecue equipment and a wood-burning stove, dining terrace, outdoor sofa and deckchairs. He is waiting for you on the roof large terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. The latter is 7 kilometers away, and the nearest beach is the Torre Guaceto nature reserve.
A weekly stay will cost you in the low season (from October to April). 3,000 euros, and in the high season (July and August). 7,000 euros.
