The island of Brač will win your heart and soul in no time. With beautiful beaches, secret bays, sunny weather and stone houses. Villa Duomo is a real design gem of the island, as it combines all the most beautiful elements of the Dalmatian land.
Villa Duomo is located in the small town of Selca on Brač, located in the old town, with a beautiful view of the nearby bay and the surrounding pine trees. At first glance, the holiday villa is very different from other accommodations on the island, which is thanks to the award-winning Croatian architect Toni Trutanić.
Unique design
He placed an outdoor swimming pool on the sunny terrace with deckchairs, which is thus located on the very roof of the building. In addition, there is also a dining table that allows you to dine at sunset, as well as a comfortable deck chair for surrendering to the sun's rays. Even the terrace gives a good insight, but nothing can prepare us for what awaits us inside.
The interior is a combination of minimalist design and natural materials, including concrete, wood, metal and stone. Extravagant works of art that complement large wall surfaces are real eye-catchers. The floors are connected by striking metal stairs that act as a large central sculpture. The interior is characterized by concrete, and large glazed areas open up beautiful views of the surroundings.
The villa covers an area of 110 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. They can relax in the two bedrooms and on the sofa bed. The living room is tastefully furnished, accompanied by a well-equipped kitchen. The entire interior is connected by the motif of local stones, which also distinguishes the outdoor courtyard with the parking lot.
