In the small Istrian town of Pero, you will find a beautiful villa with an unusual name - Shimunelka.
Just a few minutes' drive from Pula, in the lovely town of Peroj, it stands Villa Shimunelka. It is located on a 4,000 m2 property surrounded by pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation. In the garden in front of the villa, there are many corners for relaxation, and the large green area provides privacy and peace. Within the villa, there is a small wellness area with a jacuzzi where you can pamper yourself.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen, next to it is a living room with a dining room. The villa can accommodate up to eight people, with three bedrooms and as many as five bathrooms.
