The Volvo S90 is a premium sedan from the Swedish car manufacturer, which steps into the shoes of the S80 model, as it did not do well in a class in which German cars do not give the competition much room to breathe. The S90 is a completely new story, and apart from the blood relationship (premium family), it has little in common with its predecessor in terms of content and appearance. Previously, the Volvo S90 was inspired by its relative from the "second generation", the SUV Volvo XC90, after which it summarized all modern technologies and engine range.
Volvo S90 is a luxury sedan with which the Swedish brand hopes to capture a larger share in a higher car class, where until now it has more than not picked up the crumbs left by the Germans (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi), the Japanese (Lexus) and the British (Jaguar). That's why there was a redesign compared to the predecessor, Volvo S80, thorough. Thus, it is decorated with many new technologies, and the interior can boast of luxury experience unprecedented.
As the Swedes claim, "Volvo S90 has taken a big step forward when it comes to driving dynamics, performance and comfort'.' It will be equipped with a driving interface "Pilot Assist", which enables semi-automatic driving mode and is an "intermediate station" to the autonomous vehicle, which is also Volvo's ultimate goal. In practice, this means that the Volvo S90 will help you keep your direction on the highway (up to a speed of 130 km/h) with gentle steering corrections, even if there is no vehicle in front of it. In addition, Volvo will be part of the advanced system with the S90 model "City Safety" introduced first detection system of larger animals (doe, cow...) which he will recognize day and night. If it detects an animal, it will immediately warn the driver and help him brake or avoid a collision.

By then, probably more will be known about the wagon derivative V90, which, if history is any indicator, is poised to become a blockbuster like the Volvo V70 and Volvo XC7. The passenger cabin will the definition of luxury and will offer entertaining and informative treats to all passengers. It would be a sin to want more!
