Berlin-based artist and designer James E. Murphy has set up a website What Color Is It, where the time based on the 24-hour system is changed to the corresponding color in the hexadecimal system, where the colors have a value from 1 to F. The color of the page thus changes gradually with each second. For Mac computers, it is also available as screen saver. Perhaps this is a new approach to smart watch design as well?
