The Huns are a people who have apparently discovered the secret of longevity.

What is the secret to longevity? Judging by the Hunza people who live in the Hunza Valley in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan, it's pretty straightforward. A people who reside in an area known for its natural beauty, with high peaks, green terraced fields and clear blue rivers, it has quite a few tricks to achieve long life and health.

Hunza Valley, hidden among the majestic mountains in the northern part of Pakistan, it is not only a wonderful tourist destination, but also home to a people famous for their longevity. The inhabitants of this valley often live longer than 90 years, some even exceed 100 years. So what are the factors that contribute to their extraordinary longevity and health?

Food

The Huns mainly eat a plant-based diet that includes whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and legumes. Apricots are one of the basic foods in their diet. They practically do not know processed food and sweets, and often include dairy products in their menu. Meat only rarely.

Physical activity

The secret of people's longevity also lies in an active lifestyle. The inhabitants of this area are engaged in agriculture, livestock grazing and other physical work. Hills and hard-to-reach areas encourage regular walking and climbing.
