Today there are a number of trends in the dating world - "stashing", "breezing", "submarining" and the list goes on. Now there's microcheating. What is it and maybe you have already committed it?
According to a dating expert Melanie Schilling it is micro-cheating a series of seemingly small actions that suggest it is a person emotionally or physically focused on someone outside of their relationship.
So if you're with someone you correspond without your partner's knowledge, if you save someone's number under fake name or others you lie about your current love life, almost certainly a micro-cheat.
Schilling adds: "These are all signs that you are 'secretly flirting' and hiding it from your partner. If you feel like you have to hide something, ask yourself why. Mysteriousness is an obvious sign. Micro-cheating is a subtle betrayal, and it needs secrecy to exist."
If you suspect that your partner is micro-cheating on you, then you need to talk to him or her talk about signs and tell him or her how do you feel about it.
