Niantic's mobile game of pandemic proportions (made in collaboration with Nintendo, the father of Pokemon), based on virtual reality, instantly drove the world crazy and even the biggest geeks out of their "darknesses"! Slovenia is not yet among the countries where Pokemon GO is available, but given that no one is immune to the game and that some in the USA and Australia are so obsessed that they no longer know how to distinguish between reality and virtuality, it won't be long before the developers delayed the outcome elsewhere.

Unless you live on the moon, you know that the last few days the world is only talking about this mobile game that is Nintendo's (in cooperation with Ninanticom) the first and more than successful attempt in the field of mobile applications. It is currently only available in the USA, Australia and New Zealand, and the developers will gradually add the rest of the countries and also Slovenia is expected to get its own version of Pokemon GO soon.
Although the Pokemon GO mobile game has only been on the scene for a few days, it already has the number of active users overtook Twitter and people use it more often than Instagram, WhatsApp, Tinder and Messenger! You can only imagine what will happen when she spreads her tentacles all over the world! Will we witness the biggest mobile gaming pandemic? That's already it the most popular mobile game in the world! It is available to users of operating systems Android and iOS. According to the creators, the game enables travel between the real and virtual worlds - we become a Pokemon trainer who in the real world with the help of augmented reality looking for virtual Pokemon.
And how does the thing work? The developers have developed a special platform which uses real locations, that addicts, pardon, users, more than 100 different monsters can with the help of a smartphone are looking for in the immediate vicinity. The application warns the user that there is a Pokemon nearby (it can hide in the bush, in the city or under water, depending on what type of Pokemon it is), and the user goes hunting. He catches it by throwing it at him virtual ball (Pokeball), which blasts the Pokemon and traps it in a ball. The goal is to catch as many of them as possible, because the more we have, the stronger we are (we collect Pokemon in a virtual album, which is a kind of digital version of a thumbnail collection album, and we can share them with each other).
But hunting is far from everything, it is actually just the beginning. All Pokemon have their own value, which can be increased by adding power. When we reach a certain level, they open up to us new possibilities. Pokemon can be trained in the manner of a Pokemon Trainer (Pokemon Gyms) and we go with them to battle with other users. We can also discover nearby Pokestop (these are usually around museums and monuments) where new Pokeballs are waiting for you, which you absolutely need to hunt, and incubators, from which you can hatch a new Pokemon.
Before you get to the mobile game that will make even more people lose contact with reality and crossed red traffic lights, overly critical, it should be pointed out that Pokemon GO "forces" the user to go out into the air and spend more time outside, albeit for the sake of finding virtual monsters. The game will prepare you to go out into the street with your phone and look for Pokemon. But be careful where you walk while catching Pokemon! They are already warning about the danger of accidents police officers, which warn that Pokemon trainers must follow road and traffic regulations.
