Chakras can be described as energy points in our body that connect us with the spiritual world, but at the same time they regulate the processes of our physical body and thus affect ours health and feeling.

Every person has 7 chakras, each of which is responsible for regulating a certain part of our spiritual world and, consequently, our life. When our chakras open, we will feel inside deep peace, luck and love.

What is the heart chakra and how does it work?

Heart chakra is the center of love and sympathy. Ours originate from her joy, warmth and empathy, which is why it is considered one of the most vital energy centers of our body. It is located in to the heart and chest, but we also know her under the name Anahata or the fourth chakra. Because it is also connected with lungs, which feed our sadness, improper operation or the closure of this chakra also shows v inability to forgive.

When our heart chakra open, we are capable of ourselves and others to love in balance. Let's feel it compassion and we know ourselves and others to forgive, in which we feel completely easy. We believe in the healing power of love and that's how we give warm and friendly energy, ours relationships and contain healthy communication, respect and confidence.

How to open the heart chakra?

Before opening the heart or fourth chakra, it is good to make sure that yours are in balance the first three chakras. You will know that they are closed by not knowing one's own worth, to the feeling that you are not safe and an unhealthy relationship to sexuality, powers and of money.
Once you've taken care of the root, sex, and belly chakras, it's time to get down to opening the heart chakra. When your heart chakra get well, it's time to do it keep in balance. You will do this by saying every day affirmations, such as "I am worthy of love", "I want harmony with others and with the world", "I forgive myself for my mistakes and grow through them" "I love myself unconditionally",... Every day also remember what you are all for in your life grateful and which of your achievements you can proud. Exercise too breathing: every time you encounter anxiety, tackle it deep breathing and visualize a calm and safe place. You'll soon notice how good you feel all of a sudden you feel, and your happiness will begin to be expressed in the quality of your relationships.
