We often hear both ourselves and others that life is sometimes not easy. And it really isn't. But wouldn't it be nice if we could at least cross some problem off the list or overcome some obstacle more easily? Wondering how happy people do it? These are their teachings from which we can learn a lot.
1. Learn from mistakes
Problems, mistakes, obstacles, we can call them whatever we want. They are part of us and our lives and there is no way to avoid them. Then why wouldn't they turned to their advantage, even if it seems so in difficult moments Science Fiction? 2. Disconnect
Break free from the grip of social media once in a while. Watching photos from beautiful beaches or wonderful restaurants your acquaintances or friends bring you nothing. Every now and then disconnect from cybernetic world, call a friend, read a book or do something that will make you live your life life and not observed lives of others.
3. Don't act on the fly
Someday we will for sure poured with coffee, if we haven't already, or found a small scratch on the car. All this can irritate us and it is completely natural that we are not indifferent to inconveniences. Are we still angry long after that? If the answer is affirmative, it might be time to stop and let's catch our breath. We feel fine if they have little ones like that events power over us, spoil our whole day, if not more? We prefer to let some small event soon put us in a good mood and forget about the coffee stain.
4. Give thanks
A word thank you has a special power. The power with which it discharges the charge atmosphere between two, it opens doors, puts the person it's intended for into good spirits, and we could go on and on. Why not reuse it? It is not self-evident that they just bring us coffee on the table, they hold the door or run after us with a forgotten wallet, right?
5. Build bridges
No, we don't mean you become civil engineers. Build relationships with people! Perhaps, after health, good interpersonal relationships are our greatest wealth. Let us make sure that we are as friendly as possible with those with whom we share life, loving ones and attentive relationships. So these people will stay with us and give us security and a good feeling.
6. Seize opportunities
Why wait at home, yes opportunity knocks on the door and offer us? Well, that's not going to happen anyway. Go down an unknown, risky path sometime, if that's what your heart tells you to do. But it might happen. But you'll definitely have a better feeling if you try than crouching in a corner and waiting.
7. Don't stay in the past
If we stay in of the past, we solve it all the time and usually attribute all the blame for the current situation to it, we spend so much energy that we completely emptied, when we think about the present or the future. Let's remember the good things, resolve old grudges and start living instead.
8. Get enough sleep
Maybe not enough times highlighted and said, but sleep is better than brandy! Rest your body and mind. Only in this way will you be ready for new challenges.
9. Be honest
lie, hiding places and intrigues cause us stress and distress. Why would that be a part everyday so? Let's be honest and walk the world with lighter feet.
10. Don't compare yourself to others
Everyone chose their own path, everyone has their own story. So why should you compare yourself to others and maybe cultivated even to them jealousy? When we do this, we are no longer focused on our path, and many times this causes us to either stop or even get lost.
