What do the homes of tech moguls look like?

It is quite common for CEOs of tech giants to own multiple properties. The fabulous sums of money they receive for their work must be spent somehow. Nevertheless, some estates attract a lot of attention.

Residences of influencers such as Elon Musk, Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, occupy a huge area. Just like ordinary mortals, they also pass the time by bowling and watching movies at the cinema, but for this they do not have to leave the house.

Are you interested in what are the people who many describe as 'modern day rock stars' hiding inside their properties?

MICHAEL DELL

Michael Dell, CEO of Dell, owns 5 homes and a ranch dedicated to his Arabian horses. He spends most of his time at an estate in the capital of Texas, Austin. On more than 400,000 square meters of land, there is a building with 8 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a gym and an indoor pool. The mansion is designed in such a way that it resembles a factory at first glance. It is interesting that Dell also owns an apartment, which with a value of 84 million euros is considered the most expensive home in New York.

ELON MUSK

The total value of Tesla founder Elon Musk's homes is over 60 million euros. The most valuable is the main residence with an area of 1,881 square meters, which is valued at approximately 14 million euros. Inside, there are 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Musk invited a few reporters to his largest house, where he showed them, among other things, a two-story library, a giant wine cellar and a room for playing video games.

MARK ZUCKERBERG

The Facebook founder has surrounded his five-bedroom, 522-square-foot home, which he bought in 2011 for just under $6 million, with four new houses in the neighborhood. He did this so that he would not have to travel a long distance in case of a crisis situation. Mark may be worried that his Jarvis, an artificial intelligence system with the voice of Morgan Freeman, will let him down.

BILL GATES

Xanadu 2.0, the home of Bill Gates, is located on Lake Washington. It consists of several buildings. The main house measures 4,474 square meters, and inside it we find 7 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms. It is estimated at 107 million euros. As befits the founder of Microsoft, the home is equipped with smart technology.

JEFF BEZOS

The Amazon CEO owns an estate located near Gates' home. There are several houses on the 21,448 square meter plot, including the main one with an area of 1,914 square meters. In Washington, DC, in 2016 he bought the most expensive home in the city for over 19 million euros, which he plans to renovate to have 11 bedrooms, 25 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 2 libraries, 2 gyms and 2 elevators.
