After many scandals that occurred due to data spying on various online platforms, people are still aware that nowhere is safe. What do internet giants really know about you?
American technology concern Apple decided to put an end to the fear of losing privacy. Its users will henceforth have the option to transfer private data to their devices.
How can highly confidential data be transferred?
Click to start here. You will be redirected to Apple's privacy subpage.
Select the “Manage your Privacy”, located at the bottom of the page.
Find the chapter "Data and Privacy”, which you will find in the middle part of the page. After clicking on the button "Visit your Data and Privacy page” you will have to log into the system with an account Apple ID.
When you will requested a copy of their data, Apple will offer you the following:
- application use and activity information in the form of spreadsheets or files in JSON, CSV, XML or PDF formats,
- documents, photos and videos in their original format,
- contacts, calendars and bookmarks in VCF, ICS and HTML formats.
After you learn what information Apple keeps about you, you will no longer live in an illusion. It is also worth noting that users are also offered the option of correcting incorrect data.
