Where to this weekend? #18

The May Day celebration is upon us and another holiday weekend will be more than fitting. We'll relax a bit, read a good book, go to the breakfast cinema and maybe climb a hill.

Friday

After a festive, healthy breakfast, we can go for a walk in Tivoli, where in Boatyards opens its doors until September MUNICIPAL store, the first open-air store that offers a sales showroom Slovenian creators. A full table will be waiting for us every day in front of the boathouse wonderful unique products, among which we will surely find something nice for ourselves or for a birthday present. Calm Friday let's continue on the Spring Slap music festival, which will be alive until May 9 bar Prulček. He will open it with a classic Sergey Lonev from Ukraine.

We suggest a new movie for a movie experience John Turturro - Gray Haired Gigolo, where Woody Allen in the role of Murray, he finds himself in dire straits after closing his bookstore, and an attractive dermatologist then confides in him that she is looking for a man to share a bed with her and her partner, Selima. Just the right amount of fun for a pleasant evening as a couple or with friends.

Saturday

If the weather is in our favor, let's jump to Primorska with the children, on Tinjan, which opens up a wonderful view of Slovenian Istria. Tinjan is a low elevation on the Karst, which was once prehistoric building site, later Roman and medieval fortress, but today simple stone houses huddle on it, church of St. Michael and a television converter box. After an easy tour, we can drive to Open air museum in Rogatec, where at 3 p.m are preparing bread baking workshop, and a little later, the knitting of a piece or a base made of wood. Interesting and educational.
