First of all, we have to mention the winner of both tests, both at AMZS like ADAC test. Falken Azenis FK510 showed an extremely balanced performance on both wet and dry asphalt. The tire is truly exceptional even at high temperatures, as even there the properties remain practically the same. Special emphasis was placed on handling response in the wet. Another strong point of this tire is the smooth, calm and quiet ride. A minor issue, however, was the tire's environmental performance: the engineers seem to have sacrificed some of this in favor of other performance - fuel consumption was slightly higher compared to competitors.
Continental Premium Contact 6 - still outstanding

Continental Premium Contact 6 is the tire that reached first place last year and no major problems were noticed this year either. Its strong points were: good responses to sharp steering responses in the wet and excellent braking in the dry, a wide safety margin in all weather, low rolling resistance - and a fully deserved second place.
