This independent confirmation, based on more than 1.2 million test measurements and more than 25 million coverage data points, proves that Telekom Slovenije provides its users with the best overall mobile experience in the country.

This achievement further confirms leadership position Telekom Slovenije in the domestic telecommunications market and indicates efficiency of long-term investments in modernization and development the largest fixed and mobile network in the country.

Measurements taken by the company Ookla collects through its app Speedtest, are considered one of the most recognized and trusted network quality indicators in the world. President of the Management Board Boštjan Košak Upon receiving five Speedtest Awards, he emphasized that the achievements are the result of many years of investment and dedication of employees. "We are proud of the awards, as they confirm the quality we provide to our users. With further modernization, we are building a digital backbone for the successful development of the Slovenian economy and society," he said.
Board member Vesna Prodnik emphasized that a top-notch network goes beyond data transfer speed. “It is a stable, secure and flexible infrastructure that enables the development of new technologies and solutions for the economy and provides users with a reliable digital experience. Our continuous upgrades and innovations are the foundation of the trust we enjoy in the market,” she said.
Ookla President Stephen Bye added that the awards confirm Telekom Slovenije's leading role in the industry.
The awards received coincide with ambitious plans of the Telekom Slovenije Group, which looks to the future with a clear vision of growth and further development. In in 2026 the company plans investments of 217 million euros, intended for further network modernization, development ICT and digital services and strengthening the market position.
