What is a typical Slovenian man like and in which region are men the least satisfied?

November 19 is International Men's Day, and the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia decided to look at what statistics say about Slovenian men from different regions. So what is a typical Slovenian man like?

On January 1, 2018 was the most common male name in the whole of Slovenia Frank, but regionally speaking this only applies to the Podravina, Savinja, Zasava and Primorje-Notranj regions. It is the most in the coastal-karst region Markov, in Goriška the most Ivanov, in the Osrednjeslovenska region John's and it is the most in southeastern Slovenia Jožetov. By the age of 29, it is the most popular name Luka, which dominates in almost all regions with the exception of Carinthia and south-eastern Slovenia, where the former has the most Zhanov, and in the other Janov.

Average age of men in the Pomurska region it is 43.4 years, which is almost two years more than the Slovenian average (41.7 years). The youngest are men in the Osrednjeslovenska region (40.3 years). The largest number of elderly men is in the Goriška region, where it is average one in five men aged 65 or over, and on average every twenty-fifth 80 years or more.

Men in the Central Slovenia region have the highest average monthly gross salary (€1,937.00), the second highest is in Gorenjska (€1,818.00), and the third highest in the coastal-karst region (€1,816.00). The lowest is in Pomurska (€1,575.00) and Zasava region (1.649,00 €).
Men were on average in 2017 178.1 cm tall and 84.7 kg in weight, judging by the body mass index, there were quite a few fat people 61 percent of men (at most in the Zasava region, least in the Carinthia and Goriška regions).

They are average with their lives the most satisfied men in the Goriška region (self-assessment 7.5 out of 10), men are also approximately equally satisfied in coastal-karst, Gorenjski and the central Slovenian region (7.4 out of 10). Men in the Carinthia region are the least satisfied (6.6 out of 10).
