The two New York-based artists joined forces to present a series of 3D printed artificial nails, reaching new dimensions in digital art.
Printer technology is developing at the speed of light. Although they are the first 3D printers invented already in the 80s of the last century, a few years ago we could not imagine objects printed in three-dimensional form. Today it has become a reality. The 3D printer can create objects from different materials, plastic, nylon, very resistant plastic or PLA material, which is biodegradable.
Digital artist Sarah C. Award and Dhemerae Ford, known as TheLaserGirls, they turned the classic manicure into a futuristic art. Theirs nail collection is a real small art in design that is spreading in the desire to 3D print clothes, jewelry and fashion accessories.
