Hashtag #shineline it's not that new, it first appeared back in 2014 and now it's back. The idea of this hairstyle is that instead of mixing colors and creating an ombre rainbow pupil, the hair is dye and bleach horizontally or vertically, and thereby they are created shiny lines.

Hairstylist Aura Friedman told Allure that she wanted to create an effect as if she had laser beams beat on a certain part of the hair. And the end result is undoubtedly like this.
