As part of the Lent Festival, SladoLent, the largest Slovenian street food promenade, is returning to the Drava coast for the fifth time, where we will be able to taste the culinary creations of 27 top Slovenian chefs between July 3rd and 11th.
Even before five years criticisms about the "Cevapcica cuisine" were a constant companion festival events. But today you are Lent festival we can't even imagine without a high-flying culinary offer. SladoLent in just a few years, from a cute idea and promising concept turned into one of the fastest growing venues of the festival, which last year alone hosted more than 10,000 good eaters and a good eater. Word about chefs who cook in front of visitors, about the big one number of premium wines and Fr great mood it quickly expanded and turned a small venue into a center during the Let Festival of the Slovenian culinary scene, which in Maribor attracts many local and foreign gourmets.
Fifth promenade of top Slovenian chefs in Maribor Lent, will once again bring the most famous to the Styrian capital this year chef from the best Slovenian inns and restaurants. During the nine days, they will present themselves at the stands every day three chefs and theirs restaurants, who will spoil us with theirs original culinary masterpieces, which will be accompanied by a top-quality wine of fifteen Slovenian winemakers from all three wine-growing countries.
